In the Beginning…
Our journey began over 30 years ago with one pickup truck, one welding machine, one man and a dream. Our late founder, Ronnie Parham, with the help of his loving wife, Regina, was able to gain enough work on the side to quit his job. They struggled through the tough times of starting a service-based business and invested all profits back into the company.
Eventually they were able to add more employees to get more work done. As the business grew, so did their love and pride for the not only the business, but mostly the people involved in it. People are the center of our business as we are humbled to be able to help provide dozens of families with a livelihood in the small town of Waverly, Va.
Over the years, the company has turned into more than was ever imagined and we are not ready to stop now. Every project is still a testament to the dedication of Ronnie Parham and his work ethic and perfectionist mindset.

Even before we incorporated Parham’s Welding & Fabrication in 1999, our internal motto was No job is too big or too small. From the beginning, this phrase has defined how we work and the way we approach every project.
