Mobile Welding & Maintenance

Parham’s is equipped with over 10 mobile units to serve your company’s needs. We have a mobile crane certified to lift 10,000 lbs when needed. Parham’s is always ready to be where you need us. No job is too big or two small for us.

Precision CNC Machining

With the 2023 acquisition of 460 Machine Company, Parham’s has the capability to produce High-Quality and Very Precise parts to fit our customer’s needs. This Prince George location is equipped 10,000 sq ft of Machining space with CNC Mills, Lathes and Grinders and an Expert Team of Machinists.

In-Shop Custom Fabrication

Our Waverly Facility has an astonishing 15,000 sq ft of manufacturing space. Our shop is equipped with CNC Shears, Rollers, Press-Breaks, Automatic Saws, Plasma tube and Pipe Cutters and a Plasma Table and Waterjet.

Machine Capabilities

Plasma Cutting

Our Waverly Facility features 2 different CNC Plasma Cutting options. Our plasma/torch table can efficiently burn sheets up to 10’ x 24’ and pierce up to 2.75” thick steel. Our table is equipped with a bevel head for chamfers and countersinks. We also have a CNC plasma machine to burn pipe, tube, angle and channel for things like handrails and structures that require many holes, slots, tongue & Groove connections, and assembly markings.

CNC Milling

Our Trademark Mill is housed in our Prince George Facility (460 Machine). It is a Milltronics VM6030IL with a full range of 3-Axis milling capabilities. It also has an attachable 4th axis option for milling on round parts. With a tool changer that holds 40 tools, it can efficiently run complex programs through Fusion 360 Software with extreme precision. (Sometimes withing .0001”) It is 1 of 7 Mills in our Prince George location.

Waterjet Cutting

Our Brand-New Flow Mach 200c Waterjet is capable of cutting up to 7” thick of ANY material it may face. While the waterjet is much slower and more expensive to run than the plasma table, it can achieve a .003” tolerance and produces clean edges that require no additional deburring. It also has the capability to bevel both sides of the material on the table. This is the best option for thicker, precise plates that would normally need to be machined.

CNC Lathe Turning

Our Prince George Machine Shop is equipped with 6 Lathes for your turning needs. Our Milltronics ML-26 can run full CNC Programs on parts large and small. We also have 2 Haas CNC Lathes with our featured machine being the Haas ST30Y with a 12-24 tool holder and live tooling attachments (Drilling & Milling). It also has a parts catcher and automatic bar feeder for high quantity production.

Shearing & Bending

Our Waverly Facility houses a Standard Industrial CNC Sheer that can instantly sheer plates up to 10’ long. We have multiple press-breaks onsite for bending metal. Our featured breaks are a 400 ton Standard Industrial that can bend up to 12’ of plate and our fully CNC Trumpf TruBend 1100 which can easily and quickly handle high-precision parts. It has the ability to run programs from CAD software to achieve very complex parts.

Shutdowns

We take on a lot of labor hours in short periods of times for major shutdowns for many different manufacturers. We are always up for the challenge in taking care of supplied parts and labor needed during these fast-paced shutdowns.
